We can help in the recruitment of new staff. Many businesses don't have the ICT experience to effectively select the right candidate for a role. We can fill that gap on the selection panel, providing a critical friend to advise on the suitability of candidates.
If you'd rather outsource part or all of the ICT function, we can assist in determining the most appropriate elements to outsource and in selecting a service provider to meet the requirement.
FInally, we can provide interim ICT or Project Management on a full or part time basis for short term requirements.
